TuffStuff’s Base Six-Pak Functional Trainer (SPT-6B) provides compact European-style design cable motion technology in a space efficient all-frontal work station. Transitions between exercises are quick and easy with 3 convenient cable heights (low, mid, and high). The “free-flow” handles provide unlimited functional and strength training exercise capabilities. TuffStuff’s Base Six-Pak Functional Trainer features a patented open design to provide access for most stability balls and workout benches.
The Base Six-Pak Trainer (SPT-6B) allows unlimited full body training utilizing stability balls, balance boards, BOSU trainers, benches and ground based movements. The SPT-6B comes equipped with a 150 lbs. solid steel weight stack. However the weight stack may be upgraded to 200 lbs. (MSRP: $219).
