The connection between the mind and body is unmistakably entwined: our thoughts create our emotions which drive our actions and therefore determine our outcomes and results. In essence, the results you have now are a product of not only your physical habits, but also your state of mind.
Her coaching provides assessment, education, motivation, and real actionable steps to get her clients the results they desire. She focuses not only on education, behavior modification, and specific dietary and lifestyle changes, but also the MINDSET driving the current patterns that keep us stuck. Addressing the psychological drivers is the ONLY effective way to maintain progress and positive changes – otherwise, it’s like patching up a tire before a cross country road trip – how long will that last? Patching the blown tire will only take you so far…you need to change the tire.
Amita’s adaptable coaching style has helped individuals with everything from weight loss and intuitive eating, to habit change and lifestyle planning/optimization, to self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being. No single client program looks exactly like another as she completely customizes her approach to accommodate the unique needs of each client.
