Thanks to its removable construction, the pull up bar can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height. With the pull-up bar you can perform a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises. Also, it allows doing spine stretches, mobility and resistance training, when straps or resistance bands are attached to it.To make the most of it, pair it with a BenchK desk top (not included), to create either a sitting or standing work desk and save even more space in your living area.
Gymnastic rings and a climbing rope
Maximum user weight for gymnastic rings with climbing rope : 80 kg (176 lbs)
The rings are made of beech plywood and are hung on black straps. Polished to perfection, the rings are smooth and safe for the hands. The straps are equipped with a buckle that allows for quick length adjustment as well as easy removal. As the child grows, the rings can be used as a TRX strap.
The rope is manually tangled in the upper section into a loop form and secured at the very bottom, eliminating the need for metal and plastic elements. It can be used for climbing, or as a swing.
